I am a certified Energy Healing Practitioner from the Energy Healing Institute. My certification practicum included more than 200 hours of supervised practice client activities, as well as ongoing didactic and experiential learning. I create active partnerships with my clients, supporting their inner work and facilitating healing through clearing sessions and sharing tools and practices for the client to use outside of our sessions. It is a privilege to work with my clients and to witness their embodiment, empowerment and conscious awareness evolve as they shift, grow and heal.

Life springs from Divine Consciousness. Though we are always already one with all, we often experience ourselves as separate beings living in conflict with others. This perceived separateness imprints upon us over time, giving rise to a multitude of issues. VortexHealing offers a path to the healing of these issues and the realization of our oneness with all life. It releases our issues and conditioning, restoring harmony and physical vitality.

A typical session will include time to discuss your issues and choose one to focus on that session. About 45 minutes of the session will generally be devoted to channeling VortexHealing energies. After the healing, we’ll discuss possible next steps to help you integrate the healing more fully.

I have studied various energy healing modalities for many years and have been a practitioner of VortexHealing for three years. I am excited to share this powerful healing modality!

What I love most about practicing Shiatsu is the way it makes me develop myself as human being. Whether from a minor ankle injury or from years of emotional trauma, working to help people heal has brought out the depths of my own sensitivity, strength, and capacity to do good.

My second favorite thing about Shiatsu is that I get to work with the physical body! This means feeling the physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual as one thing – a life. It is a joy to help people to feel that great goodness of life in themselves!

I graduated from Vassar College with a concentration in Studio Art and a secondary focus in Biology. My Shiatsu certification was earned at Zen Shiatsu Chicago in Evanston; shortly thereafter, I completed their Post-Graduate program in Clinical Shiatsu studies. I currently study Shiatsu with my main influence and dear mentor, Grandmother WinterJade Forest.
