Be introduced to or refreshed in mindfulness and focusing practices that allow you to tap into the core sense of your calm and competent self. With mindfulness and focusing you access your own inner resources to move forward naturally and find new possibilities and fresh energy.
What we’ll be doing: In this class, you’ll be guided in mindfulness and focusing exercises and learn about ways to bring calm and clarity and find the next steps to move forward with situations in your life.
Fee: $55. $45 if registered by July 1st. Group size is limited. Sign up to hold a place.
