Want to find your calm when times are tough? 

Mindfulness and Focusing workshop starts Oct 5.   4 Saturdays, with Marsha Smith, LCSW.

Interested to practice more self care in the coming months? You can use simple mindfulness and focusing practices to feel less stress in your life, work and relationships.

A 4-session class starting October 5. 9:30 -11. Heartwood, Evanston. Oct 5, 12, 19, 26. Fee: $100. Single group sessions: $30. In a supportive group, you can learn to use your resources of mind-body awareness to feel less stress. 

I also offer one-to-one sessions. Experience shows that you can become calmer, find a clear direction​ within yourself. and move forward with a whole range of issues, including anxiety, loss and grief, intimacy in relationships, moving past blocks, and coping with stress and health issues.​
