Sunday Morning Meditation led by Meditation Program Director, and Nancy Floy
10:00am – 12:00pm.
Nancy will lead us in a few simple Buddhist chants and a guided meditation. For the discussion portion of the class, we are working with Open Heart, Open Mind by Tsoknyl Rinpoche. We’re in the section of the book that focuses on the Four Foundations of Mindfulness, a core practice based in the Buddhist sutras. This Sunday, we continue learning about the subtle energy body and Mindfulness of Feeling Tone. Donations appreciated.
