This introductory workshop will give you a glimpse of what the larger Sacred Bodies Women’s Gathering will provide this spring.

We will meet in the spirit of sacred ritual, meditation and guided movement practice to rediscover the connection to our physical self and the healing potential it can provide when viewed as worthy of rejuvenation and love.
