Spring is in the air..what better time to begin or refresh a mindfulness practice that allows you to manage stress, frustration and anxiety with more calm, and also take the next steps in moving forward.
What we’ll be doing: In this group, you’ll be guided in Mindfulness and Focusing practices and learn ways to bring calm and clarity to issues in your life.
Fee: $150.
Group size is limited. Sign up to hold a place.
