Start the New Year Mindfully

Dates: 5 Saturdays, beginning February 4, 9:30 to 11am.

You’ll learn how to be present in ways that will help you know what you really want and need.

Cost: $180. (7 CEUS for social workers and counselors). Following the class there will be opportunities for  more practice. Since the group size is small, contact me to save a space. If you know someone who might benefit from the workshop, please pass it on.

What will I get out of the focusing/mindfulness training?

A way of listening to yourself and others that you can use at any moment; a way of trusting your own experiencing and realizing you know more than you think; a way of being calm and alert in the midst of stress, frustration and more.
