Mindful Self-Compassion Workshop for BIPOC

February 1, 2022 @ 6:00 pm - 7:30 pm

As BIPOCS, we are often socialized to place the needs and well-being of others above our own needs and well-being. Yet, it is very important to be able to offer ourselves kindness.

Published research demonstrates that greater self-compassion is linked to reduced stress, depression, anxiety, improved health behaviors, and enhances interpersonal relationships.

If you would like to learn more and experience practices of self-compassion, come join us for a 90-minute live workshop (on Zoom).

Hina Pitroda

As a health and wellness coach, I believe that you are the foundation you must make whole and strengthen so you can connect to the outside world with authenticity. When you operate from your true self, everything you do has a special lightness, serenity, and confidence. This authenticity supports your health and happiness on a physiological as well as a psychological level.

I work with you as a partner on creating optimal health and wellness. We explore all areas of your life, as it is all connected. This includes your thoughts and beliefs, your relationships, food, exercise and movement, and definitely sleep. Through deep questioning and reflection, I support you in reaching changes that you can sustain long term.

Having lived in three different countries, I have the experience of working with diverse populations. My approach is completely non-judgmental, compassionate, and warm.
