Mindful Self-Compassion Short Course

An event every week that begins at 10:00 am on Saturday, repeating until September 30, 2023
This course is an adaptation of the empirically-supported 8-week course. The SC-MSC is designed with a targeted set of practices from the longer course, requiring less initial time commitment.
