For National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coaches (NBC-HWC), this course provides 24 hours of continuing education units. You will receive an official certificate of completion with CE credit hours (minimum attendance and completion of questionnaire required).

Credentials:
- Masters in Health and Wellness Coaching (Integrative Practices specialization). Maryland University of Integrative Health
- Certified Mindfulness Meditation Teacher (Jack Kornfield and Tara Brach, The Awareness Institute, Greater Good Science Center at the University of California at Berekeley)
- Mindful Self-Compassion Teacher-in-Training (Center for Mindful Self-Compassion)
