Mindful Self-Compassion Morning Course (8-weeks + retreat for a total of 9 weeks)

An event every week that begins at 10:00 am on Thursday, repeating until November 3, 2022
Hina invites you to join her MSC Course for a journey of learning, self-discovery, and self-awareness to nurture and grow your own self-compassion and emotional resiliency. The course will be offered live via Zoom over 8 weeks, and includes a silent retreat.
8-weeks, plus 1 retreat (total of 9 weeks), 3-hour class once a week (24 hours)
September 15, 2022-November 3, 2022 (Thursdays). Time: 10:00 am CST to 1:00 pm CST
1 retreat (3 hours) – October 20th, 2022 from 10 AM – 1 PM CST via Zoom.
For National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coaches (NBC-HWC), this course provides 24 hours of continuing education units. You will receive an official certificate of completion with CE credit hours (minimum attendance and completion of questionnaire required).

- Masters in Health and Wellness Coaching (Integrative Practices specialization). Maryland University of Integrative Health
