Do you need time out to rest, breathe and restore?
Please join us for these relaxing mornings as we explore the richness of meditation within the yoga tradition. In each class we use gentle movement, breath, restorative yoga, and deep relaxation to quiet our bodies and minds in preparation for meditation. Our sessions are geared toward the needs of the participants. All are welcome – experienced students and beginners alike!
$90 for 5-week session/$20 drop-in
