Our text is Flight of the Garuda by Lama Shabkar Tsogdruk Rangdrol, a 19th century wandering yogi from Amdo in the eastern part of Tibet. This beautifully poetic text comprises twenty-three songs that aid our practice of trekchö, cutting through delusion to natural primordial awareness.
