The Evanston Conscious Movement Festival will take place April 4-6 in the Skylight room. In addition to sessions from Heartwood members Arlene Faulk and Sarah Westbrook, the Festival will feature a unique selection of conscious movement practices, all centered around cultivating and celebrating Human Kindness.
