First session: 6:00 pm – 7:30 pm (Doors will open at 5:30. Please knock)
Second session: 7:45 pm – 9:15 pm ( Doors will open 7:15. Please knock).
Rate: $50.00 per session. You can pay cash or check at the venue or book online: http://abdy.info/when-and-where/sessions
If you pay through PayPal, please bring a printed copy of your receipt to the event.
Please bring a yoga mat or a blanket and a pillow, and dress comfortably to lie on the floor. If your body can’t lie flat comfortably, we also have chairs available. Please bring your own water bottle.
