Yogarupa Rod Stryker returns to the Chicago area to present “The Art and Science of Personal Practice,” a weekend of classes that focus on the stages of yoga practice. Join Yogarupa to learn how to master the balance of power and wisdom, both internally and externally, in order to impact your body, mind, energy and soul.
All classes feature asana, bandha, trantric meditation techniques, some theory and much more.
