If you have been injured during yoga in the past or are recovering from an injury or surgery, this class is for you. Learn how to safely practice Yoga in this small group setting. Focus will be on components of yoga postures and learning where our bodies should be in each pose. We will explore different yoga postures and incorporate them into a gentle yoga practice, building from week to week.
Introductory session must be taken before ongoing series and may be repeated. Ongoing series will build on what we have covered in the past and may be repeated as well.
