We are all connected in more ways than we can ever know. From the ancestral DNA that creates the blueprint for our cellular expression to the energetic resonance we feel as we connect to someone in our presence, connecting helps us know that we are alive and safe in the world. 

We are connected through time: the decisions we make now will affect the next seven generations and beyond. 

We connect with the beauty of nature and to the plants that provide the food we eat.

We are connected to animals who help us understand their gifts and the better parts of our nature.

We are tribal creatures so that connecting with friends and loved ones

anchors us and helps us know our goodness and beauty.

Our connection with our bodies lets us know when they need our loving help and how we can best support them.

This body of work explores some of the many ways we live in our vast web of connections.
