Spend your first Saturdays at Heartwood experiencing new energy!
The Reiki/Energy Circle is an ongoing group that explores the basics of energy work as taught in the Reiki tradition, presented by Karen Daughtry, Reiki Master/Teacher for over 18 years. We will meet once a month on the first Saturday from 3-4:30 pm.
If you’ve ever wondered what energy medicine is about, and how Reiki in particular can enhance your well-being, this class is for you! It will include experiential exploration, theory and plenty of time for Q&A. The 1.5-hour Circle is free, but reservations are encouraged. Please call 847-338-2030 to reserve your spot.
