Reiki Energy Circle – the basics of energy work as taught in the Usui Reiki tradition plus other energy modalities, presented by Karen Daughtry, Reiki Master/Teacher and Practitioner for over 15 years.

If you’ve ever wondered what energy medicine is about, and how Reiki in particular can enhance your well-being, this class is for you! Newcomers and those already familiar with Reiki are welcome. It will include experiential exploration, theory and plenty of time for Q&A. The 1-hour Intro class is free, but please reserve your spot ahead of time by calling 847-338-2030. Voluntary donations are gratefully accepted.
