All classes are to be held at Heartwood Center for Body Mind Spirit at 1818 Dempster in Evanston, IL 60202. Please arrive by 6.50 pm as all classes will start promptly at 7 pm. Classes are with our compliments but donations will be gratefully received and given to Curt’s Café South.
Women Out Walking participants are warmly welcome to come to all of these classes but please call ahead to register with each individual teacher so we can be best prepared and also give you the door code. We have a convenient parking lot just east of our building. We look forward to seeing you!
